Queen Elizabeth is in town, which means everyone is on their best behavior. In our neck of the woods, the staff at Churchill Downs took a class on proper etiquette when greeting her majesty. Too bad someone didn't do the same for President Bush. Apparently, during her welcoming service at the White House, he almost said she toured the U.S. in 1776 (meaning 1976). Catching himself, he stopped mid-sentence, turned to the Queen and... winked! That's right. He winked at the Queen of England. You've got to love George W.
I found this picture of the Bush winking at the Queen. Leave a comment, suggesting a caption for the picture. (My caption is below)
Love that hat, Liz!

HeHe woops that was the year we kicked your butt instead.
It was clear what was going through W's mind.
"That's right Queenie, I'm from Texas!"
Hottest lil Queen in town!
At this moment, Queen Elizabeth remembered why she avoided the U.S. the past 16 years.
I can't come up with an entire caption, but "little lady" fit in there somewhere.
My fellow Americans, I am pleased to tell you I just signed legislation which outlaws Britain forever. The bombing begins in five minutes.
"Don't worry about the press there, hon. You just say the same thing 'till they stop asking."
'Thats right, now i know why i avoided America for 16 years.....'
